We answer the most common startup fundraising, investment, and platform questions
Acceleratexinnovations is a startup accelerator program that
provides
funding, mentorship, and resources to early-stage companies to help them
grow
and succeed.
As part of the application process, startups can submit an application
through
the website and submit it online during the specified application period.
Each startup is included in a three-month program that includes weekly
dinners
with successful entrepreneurs, pitch practice, and an opportunity to access
the
network of Acceleratexinnovations.
Each startup may receive a different amount of funding from
Acceleratexinnovations; however, the amount provided by them varies in
exchange
for a percentage of equity in the company.
A Demo Day aims to showcase the progress and business plans of
Acceleratexinnovations startups to investors to raise additional funds.
Acceleratexinnovations continues to support startups after they complete the
program, including offering alumni support.
No. Reviewers will look at your application's content, not its timing. You
lose out on i) responsiveness – we'll respond later since your application
arrived late; ii) coverage – less partners will review late applications,
and iii) acceptance rate – late applications compete for fewer slots.
Founders can apply even if they are full-time students or employees, but
we
expect them to spend most of their time on their company during and
after the
batch.
Yes, of course. Most Acceleratexinnovations batch companies apply multiple
times
before their applications are accepted. Please apply again if you've
previously
applied and have yet to be accepted. Progress since your last application is
a
strong signal to us.
No. A core principle of Acceleratexinnovations is that all applications are
considered equally. The way many investors rely on introductions needs to be
fixed for us.
Yes. Acceleratexinnovations was joined by many companies after they
completed
another accelerator. However, if you've done another accelerator already, we
may
expect that you've reached a higher level of progress.
Applicants who apply after the deadline will be processed ad hoc, based
simply
on the partners' availability to read and review their applications. The
only
difference is that it will take time to receive your results if you apply
late.
In terms of application results, we need to provide feedback. If we did
this,
we'd spend all our time providing feedback and doing nothing else due to the
volume of applications we have to process.
No deadline has been set. We will continue to allow teams to submit late
applications even after a batch has begun. Your application becomes harder
to
enter the later it is submitted.
